Symptom

While using MINTRANSPORT and ADJUSTEDTRANSPORT you observe the operator considers as the the final transport quantity the sum of both (MINTRANSPORT + ADJUSTEDTRANSPORT).

 

Your expectation is that it would work similar to production where MINPRODUCTION is the minimum quantity to be produced and the ADJUSTEDPRODUCTION will fix the production quantity.
