3218831 - SUM Error: It will NOT be removed in target system

Symptom

You are performing ABAP system update/upgrade. An error occurred in phase "MAIN_POSTPROC/SUBMOD_SPAU_INFO/UEXP_SPDD".

In the phase error log "UEXPSPDD.ELG", there is the following error.
