3219002 - Failed to create Windows service for DP Agent as part of the installation

Symptom

  • DP agent installation finished successfully
  • But the windows service is not created
  • The installation log shows the following information

    ERR :     Failed to create Windows service for DP Agent as part of the installation. 
    You can create the Windows service by running this command (replace with correct domain\username, and password): 
    dpagent_servicedaemon_install.bat <domain\username> <password>
