3219018 - Foreign Key Errors in SRF_RPG_CAT4 or SRFV_RPG_PAR table

After releasing a transport for the project Manage your Solution app returns the following messages:

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2202

1. During the transport of changes from development to quality environment, foreign key error occurs due to deletion of reporting entity or deletion of report categories from reporting entity occurs. This error occurs due to two possible reasons listed below.
   
   
   1. Parameters specific to report categories are not deleted even after deleting report category in SSCUI: setting up your compliance report (Application ID: 101071).
      
      
   2. Parameters specific to a reporting entity are not deleted even after deleting reporting entity in SSCUI: setting up your compliance report (Application ID: 101071)
      
      

The problem has been identified and fixed. Solution will be available in the next S/4 HANA cloud release 2208.

As a workaround to fix this problem please follow below mentioned steps:

1. Create a support case in XX-S4C-OPR-SRV component to unlock the manage your solution application. After this please follow below steps based on the error messages.
   
   
2. In SSCUI Configurations open setting up your compliance report (Application ID: 101071)
   
   
   1. If reporting categories are deleted from the setting up your compliance report SSCUI configurations then, maintain the deleted report categories again in their respective reporting entities again, then first delete the "Parameters Specific to Report Categories" after that delete the report categories and save the changes.
      
      
   2. If reporting entities are deleted from the setting up your compliance report SSCUI configurations then, create the reporting entity with same name which was deleted and delete "Parameters Specific to Reporting Entity" first and then delete the reporting entity again and save the changes.
