You are trying to use OAuth Authentication with bearer token in an Integration between SuccessFactors and Service NOW

As per the package description only basic authentication is supported, and its supported by third party (SNOW)

• Only basic authentication is supported by SNOW and by SuccessFactors as well. 
   
• In case of further issues, they can contact 3rd party (SNOW) as it is out of scope for SF Cloud Product Support, documentation and package is owned by 3rd party.
