3219115 - LAUNCH_WEBDYNPRO_ABAP not using Load Balancing URL

Users are accessing a WebDynpro application, either directly or within a Fiori environment.

After accessing the application, the user navigates in the application and, at some point, the browser tries to connect to the incorrect hostname and/or port, resulting in an error.

There is a load balancer (e.g., an SAP Web Dispatcher) in front of the system(s).
