3219160 - Optimizied Design Mode does not work intermittently for end-users in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When the "Optimized Design Experience" mode is enabled, users may notice either of the following behaviors: 
  
  • When creating new story, the window does not appear, where users can select: "Classical Design Experience" or the "Optimized Design Experience" mode.
  • The option to select "Convert to Optimized Design Experience"  is not available.
  • When creating new story the "Optimized Design Experience" is selected. Users add acquired data model, and then the following error appears:  "Current operation cancelled by request and transaction rolled back".

Scenario 1

1. Open SAC
2. Navigate to Stories
3. Create a new story 
4. Notice there is no popup window to select either classical or optimized design experience mode 

Scenario 2

1. Open SAC
2. Navigate to Story
3. Switch to edit mode
4. Notice: under file tab "Convert to Optimized Design Experience" is not available 

Scenario 3

1. Open SAC
2. Create a new story (Responsive)
3. Select "Optimized Design Experience" mode
4.  Select model based on import connection 
5. Notice Error: "Current operation cancelled by request and transaction rolled back"
