- SAP support has asked for CMS logs but there are issues to watch out for
- CMS tracing is very intrusive so it could make production issues worse or even take down a still working server
- CMS tracing is not set to a large amount of files so even after capturing the logs the info is missing
- CMS's are running on multiple nodes so the wrong on gets traced by accident
