3219221 - Opportunities: "Please enter a party with role Sales Unit"

Some users get the system message " Please enter a party with role Sales Unit". The same issue can happen in similar way for many objects, in our example we are looking at the Opportunity BO. Note: some objects such as Lead and Opportunity will still let you save/ edit the object despite the message, as they are error-lenient objects.
