3219277 - reginfo or secinfo files cannot be read due to invalid argument in line X (NIEHOST_UNKNOWN)

Symptom

It is perceived that access control list rules of reginfo or secinfo files are not being followed by the gateway process.

Also in dev_rd gateway trace we see following trace entries:

*** ERROR => HOST=<hostname> invalid argument in line 3 (NIEHOST_UNKNOWN) [gwxxreg.c 2890]
*** WARNING => Errors found in /usr/sap/<SYS>/<SERVER>/data/reginfo
*** WARNING => Please correct the invalid entry
