In SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, when Inbound emails come from some suppliers into SOIN, they do not reach BC Workplace. Instead, it raises a dump TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED in transaction ST22. The dump shows that this is happening exactly in standard SAP include LSTXLFFO just before the inbound email class /OTX/PF01_CL_REGISTER_MAIL execution.
