3219304 - Missing header info on comments when entering comments on blocking screen in SAP Invoice Management by Open Text

Symptom

When you are working on the Blocking Screen for PO invoices and you enter a comment, it might happen that the
header-info that belongs to the comment is later-on missing when looking into the comment history
