Users are getting error "You can't upload files that are unrelated to each other. Make sure all the files are for the same SSL certificate, and try again" when uploading SSL Certificate in CSB.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Cause
There is an issue with the Intermediate Certificate being uploaded in CSB.
Resolution
Generate a new intermediate certificate by following the steps described in the KBA 3156722 - How to generate an intermediate certificate - Recruiting Marketing and install the SSL certificate with the new intermediate certificate. If the issue persist, create a ticket to support and provide a copy of the certificates being uploaded on the ticket.
