Document Generation fails for new hires and when we try to login to the PFS account we get the below error-

E-signature step does not trigger for the New Hires. When we try to preview the documents in Mantain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Template page the preview fails. If we try to login to the PFS account using the PFS URL , User ID and Password below error is observed-

Incorrect PFS credentials

HTTP Status 500 ? Internal Server Error is because of the incorrect Password for the User ID associated with Print Form Service(PFS) URL. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue-

1. Kindly reset the password for the User ID associated with the PFS URL
2. After resetting the password kindly update the same in Provisioning-->Company Setting Print Form Settings.
3. Resave the PFS credentials with the new password.
4. Post this you will be able to access the PFS account with the new password and signature step will trigger for the new candidates. For existing candidates kindly restart the failed task in Business Process tile.
