Symptom

It is not possible to view the name of the group in Assigned to column in New Hire Task assignment.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to onboarding Dashboard
  2. Choose any Candidate and view details
  3. Navigate to New Hire Tasks
  4. Now you can view list of names in assigned to column

Resolution

  • It is expected behavior to view the names of the users assigned instead than the name of the group.
  • Enhancements requests can be submitted following KBA 2090228.
