3219517 - BPF template transport fails in BPC embedded

The transport of BPF fails with the following error.

• Workspace xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx of name YYYY already exists in current folder
• BPF: Activity workspace xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not exist
  BPF: Template copy version failed
  BPF: Error while activating template <template name> in environment <environment name>
  BPF: Error while copying template from active version to TLOGO version
  Error when activating BPC BPF <environment name>          <template name>

The issue happens with the BPF transport only and other transport works fine.
