You are unable to add an approver using ManageEmployeeTimeIn web service.

In XML, approval tags are missing. Two additional tags must be added to the EmployeeTime node.

Please add the following nodes to the payload under <EmployeeTime actionCode="01">.

<ApproverEmployeeID></ApproverEmployeeID>

<ApprovalDate></ApprovalDate>

Note: Time entries will be automatically activated/approved based on project settings and the payload.
