In case you have activated the scope items 4ON (requires SAP S/4HANA additional license - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for upstream oil and gas (8006361)) only then you can find the App Mass Processing of Assets to use it for Mass creation of assets.
Also the Mass Processing for Asset (4ON) scope item is associated with the Joint Venture Accounting (3F7) scope item. Only JVA customers that have licensed 3F7 have access to this mass processing app.
