Symptom

When you are trying to deploy the Fiori Task App on the SAP BTP Cloud Foundry with the command as described in the Guide

cf push <your account & subaccount>-otbcwui-approuter -p <directory of extracted OTBCWUI_CF_<version>.ZIP file>\approuter -f <directory of extracted OTBCWUI_CF_<version>.ZIP file>\approuter\manifest.yml


It might happen that an error

Service instance 'otbcwui-dest-srv' not found

appears.
