Symptom

Onboarding 1.0 to Employee Central Data Review throw application error

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Onboarding 1.0 Mapped Data Review
2. Select Onboarding 1.0 to Employee Central Data Review
3. Application error appear

Cause

This is due to the throttling limitation in these browsers.

Resolution

This issue is reproducible only on Chrome and Edge. This is due to the throttling limitation in these browsers.

Solution/Workaround :

1. This is a configuration page and not for all users. Only admin users need to do this once in a while. Use IE/Firefox for the same.
2. Chrome and Edge has a limit on concurrent Ajax calls. The number of ajax calls in this mapping page is directly proportional to the number of mappings. Use IE/Firefox to reduce the number of mappings in the page. Remove unwanted field mappings. Once this is done, the page will load in Chrome and Edge.
3. Use the XML based mapping in provisioning

Permanent fix:
This needs major design change including introducing pagination for the page. Filed ONB-32879 to track the same.
