Symptom
The [[DOC_TITLE]] token in the "Document Routing Notification" is rendering in English even though the email is received in another language e.g. Swedish and the recipient's locale is also in that language. The Job Requisition template also has a translation for that language.

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Create new Job Requisition
- Send Job Requisition to next step
- The user in the next step receives the "Document Routing Notification" in Swedish, for example, but [[DOC_TITLE]] token renders in English:
Cause
This occurs due to template and form data corruption.
- Go to Settings >Change Language> Select User's locale language and save.
- Go to Admin Center>Form template settings
- Check the form template name and see that it will show the English label, even though it has separate translation in the user's locale.
- In the email notification, it picks the [[DOC_TITLE]] translation from form template data, so that's why the DOC_TITLE is getting resolved in English.
Resolution
Please correct the data for the template by re-uploading the job req templates after changing the template-name for different locales.
