3220102 - Unable to connect to Azure Cloud Storage

Symptom

When connecting to an Azure Cloud Storage Container the following error occurs:

  • Azure could not retrieve the Blob list for Container: <XML file reader->READ MESSAGE <container_name> OUTPUT(<container_name>)

In the trace log you see the response from the Cloud Service after running in Debug mode:

  • HTTP/1.1 400 The requested URI does not represent any resource on the server.
    Content-Length: 244
    Content-Type: application/xml
    Server: Windows-Azure-Blob/1.0 Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0
    x-ms-request-id: ########-####-####-####-############
    Date: DDD, ## MMM YYYY HH:MI:SS TMZ

    ???<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
     <Error><Code>InvalidUri</Code><Message>The requested URI does not represent any resource on the server.
