3220195 - Error: Line item: Identified stock DEF of label A not correct; identified stock XYZ correct

When you are trying to update an Identified Stock: DEF against label A while confirming the task, system throws below error :-

  "Line item 1-1: Identified stock DEF of label A not correct; identified stock XYZ correct"   ( i.e. Here DEF and XYZ are Identified stock IDs, A is the Label ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Workcenter.
2. Go to Task Control view and find relevant Task ID.
3. Select and choose Confirm.
4. Open the task and enter the required quantity for split and add identified stock: DEF
5. Now choose Split Quantities.
6. Again add another required quantity for split in the new Line Item ID 1-1
7. Then change the identified Stock to XYZ
8. System throws error: Line item 1-1: Identified stock DEF of label A not correct; identified stock XYZ correct      ( i.e. Here DEF and XYZ are Identified stock IDs, A is the Label ID)

It is not possible to create two lables corresponding to 2 different identified stock IDs for the same line item against a task.

When you are splitting the quantities while creating labels, it is not creating two labels with different Istock IDs.User must split the quantities under sub tab : List of labels which will create two labels.

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Workcenter.
2. Go to Task Control view and find relevent Task ID.
3. Select the task and choose New Label
4. New window opens up, now select the row with the product ID and quantity.
5. Enter the required quantity for split and add an identified stock: DEF ( i.e. Here DEF is an Identified stock ID)
6. Navigate to the List of Labels subtab and choose Add Row
7. Either split the quantities here under subtab :List of Labels while creating label for an item.
8. Or Use two Identified stock IDs then add two rows with same product with required quantity in purchase order itself.
