3220253 - Can I send Job Requisition a couple of steps backward/forward in the Route Map? - Recruiting Management

When approving job requisition, instead of routing it one(1) step backward or forward, is it possible to route the job requisition a couple of steps backward or forward?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. You assigned your Job Requisition Template to a Route Map with 3 or more approval steps.
2. Create or launch a new job requisition.
3. The job requisition is now on the 1st approval step of Route Map. You only have the option to send requisition forward to next / 2nd step.
4. Route the job requisition forward until it reaches the 3rd step. You only have the option to send back requisition to previous / 2nd step.

This behavior is the current system design.

Route Map is a shared feature being used not only by Recruiting Management but also by other modules in the system. At this moment, you can only send a job requisition to the immediate next or previous step in the Route Map.
