3220265 - CDS View not available in Migrate Views selection in Custom CDS Views (Version 2) app

You're trying to migrate a CDS View to the new Custom CDS View app but it's not appearing in migration selection. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to "Custom CDS Views" app
2. Click on "Migrate Views" button
3. Search for the view that you want to migrate
4. View not appearing 

You're trying to migrate an object that it's not actually a Custom CDS View. Only CDS Views of Source Origin "Custom CDS View" can be migrated from the old Custom CDS Views app to the new one.

The Custom CDS Views - To be Deprecated app shows not only Custom CDS Views in the overview list but also data sources that can be used to build Custom CDS views, as for example Custom Business Objects, ABAP Development Tools, Custom Code Lists and others.

This is actually one of the reasons why the new Custom CDS Views app has been developed, so that in this new app only Custom CDS Views are available and not other types of objects.

Please check the information in Custom CDS Views - To be Deprecated app by looking at "Source Origin" column, if you're trying to migrate an object that it's not a Custom CDS View, it won't be possible and it's also not necessary.

For example if your object has a source origin Custom Business Objects you can actually use the Custom Business Objects app if you want to edit the CBO or you can also create a CDS View in the new app using it as a data source.
