3220306 - Only one user can not enter /irj/portal hanging at Splash Window forever

Symptom

After inputting username and password, the Splash Window keeps loading forever.

After checking the corresponding user from Log Viewer, the login is successful(LOGIN:OK). The issue is specific to one user.
