3220424 - The ARBCIG_USER_GROUP_EXPORT program failed with an error

Symptom

The buyer is on SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, the buyer created a folder with 42 characters or more in the TEMP_DIRECTORY parameter for the master data files of AL11 t-code. When the buyer ran the ARBCIG_USER_GROUP_EXPORT program, an error was displayed.
