3220659 - Error "Invalid Data Format" (TEC4002) occurs while authenticating GSTIN - GST IN - DCS

Symptom

While authenticating any GSTIN in DCS, "Invalid Data Format" (TEC4002) error message occurs.

Environment

SAP Cloud Platform (SCP): Open business (cloud) platform provided by SAP.
