3220727 - Incompleteness procedure field is missing from a sales order but no warning message is raised

Symptom

The payment method has been assigned to an incompleteness procedure. A warning message is expected when the field is missing from the sales order but no message is encountered.

Environment

Sales and Distribution (SD)
SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions

Cause

The warning message is raised for fields which are present on the screen on which you are currently editing values.

Resolution

The payment method field can be found on the Accounting Tab at header level. In case the fields are being edited in this tab, a warning message will be raised for an incomplete payment method field. This is the expected system behavior.
