Symptom

You are triggering the NWBC for HTML runtime from the SAP GUI control framework (NWBC command line). 

The following error occurs : 

500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: The URL contains no complete domain specification ({IP address or server name} instead of {IP address or server name}.<domain>.<ext>). (termination: RABAX_STATE)
