3220768 - fullSystemInfoDump.py execution failed with IOError

Symptom

When run the command from OS level using fullSystemInfoDump.py, it failed with error like below:

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/sap/SAP/SYS/global/hdb/custom/config/Backup_INI_2022/diserver.ini'
sapadm@SAPRPD2022:/usr/sap/SAP/HDB00/exe/python_support> sudo python fullSystemInfoDump.py -t SYSTEMDB
[sudo] password for sapadm: 
Sorry, user sapadm is not allowed to execute '/bin/python fullSystemInfoDump.py -t SYSTEMDB' as root on SAPRPD2022.
