3220858 - 'Reject' button not updating the ticket status

Symptom

You wish to know why, when the user selects the button 'Reject' in Ask HR, the system is not updating the ticket status  

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Services Center
SAP SuccessFactors Ask HR

Resolution

After clicking Reject, the user has to add a conversation or an attachment and then hit send button, then the status of the ticket will be updated
