3220886 - Dump CONNE_IMPORT_WRONG_OBJECT_TYPE occurs when a process chain is scheduled

You schedule a sap bw process chain, after about several seconds, go to sm37 to watch job. It show the job has been canceled because of  a short dump:

Error during IMPORT of object "URI"

What happened?
Error in the ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "SAPLRSPC_BACKEND" had to be terminated because it
found a statement that could not be executed.

Error analysis
An exception has occurred in class "CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR". This
exception was not caught
in procedure "GET_LOG_HEADER" "(FORM)" or propagated by a RAISING clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated this
exception, the current program was terminated.
The reason for the exception occurring was:
When importing object "URI", the system detected that the object in the
dataset has a different object type to the object type of the target
object in program "SAPLRSPC_BACKEND" (object types: field, flat structure, deep
structure, flat table, deep table).
