3220941 - Goods Receipt Output give error when posting in ERP MIGO transaction

We are unable to trigger the Material Document Output Type WE03 to SAP Business Network for certain storage location. When we see output type processing logs for that failed Good Receipt, we could see following error:

Error: Processing routine SEND_GOODSRECIPT_SAVED in program ARBCIG_RECEIPT_PUBLISH does not exist

Also there is no transaction reflected in SRT_MONI. However, we are able to trigger the Same Output type WE03 for any other Storage Location.
