Symptom
We need to remove a user from Signavio - Enterprise Edition license, after leaving the company but it is not working.
After trying several times the user re-appears, it was a former tenant owner of the tool.
Resolution
The tenant owner/ main administrator can not be removed, in order to do this, the tenant owner need to be changed to another user within the workspace.
Please contact the support team to request to change tenant owner.
