3221132 - ASE upgrade task SETUP_BALDR fails with Error 3702 - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

Installation or update of BALDR  fails  with error:

HAG BALDR script execution failed: Server message: Number 3702, Severity 16, State 15, Line 2213, Server ASE, Procedure SP_SAP_ATM --- Message string:

Cannot drop or replace the procedure 'SP_SAP_ATM' because it is currently in use.

The error is during runtime or SAP ASE upgrade while running below commands respectively:

saphostctrl -function SetDatabaseProperty -dbname <SID> -dbtype syb SETUP_LIST_METRICS=saptools

saphostctrl -function LiveDatabaseUpdate -dbname <database> -dbtype syb -updatemethod Execute -updateoption TASK=SETUP_BALDR -updateoption DROP_LOCATION="/<path>/<to>/<software>"
