3221249 - Role name appears instead of workflow approver's name

When triggering a workflow, only the role name appears, instead of the approver's name.

2. Result: Role name appears instead of workflow approver's name

The employee does not have the Job Relationship Type informed in workflow, but the workflow is configured to "Stop the Workflow" in the "No Approver Behavior" option:

Because of that, the workflow is stalled at the approval step and the Role name appears.

Enabling Four-Eye Principle for Workflow Approvals

• Adjust the "No Approver Behavior" option to "Skip this Step" in the workflow configuration, and it will be approved automatically since the employee does not have the Job Relationship mentioned in the workflow

or

• Add the roles mentioned in the workflow in the Employee Profile as Job Relationships.
