3221378 - Offer Approval feature permission is auto-granted to roles with Offer Letter feature permission - Recruiting Management

• A user who only has Offer Letter feature permission can access Offer Approval in Take Action menu.
• Unable to remove Offer Approval option from Take Action menu.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Remove "offerApproval" feature permissions and only grant "offerLetter" feature permissions in Job Requisition XML template;
2. Open a job application;
3. Click Take Action > Offer;
4. Both Offer Approval and Offer Letter options are available.

For the feature to work properly, the system grants the Offer Approval feature permission together with the Offer Letter feature permission when the following conditions are met.

• The Offer Approval feature has been enabled in Provisioning Company Settings.
• There are no Offer Approval feature permissions in the Job Requisition XML template, only Offer Letter feature permissions.

To restrict the Offer Approval access in Take Action menu, please specify which role has the Offer Approval feature permission in the Job Requisition XML template.

If you do not need to use the Offer Approval feature, you can disable the switch "Enable Offer Approval" in Provisioning Company Settings.

NOTE: As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. Please contact your implementation partner to complete tasks in Provisioning.
