3221436 - PFCG: User Master Data comparison is not working properly

Prerequisite: There are scheduled jobs in the system containing the program PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY or RHAUTUPD_NEW, but the user comparison is not performed properly.

The User tab is yellow (instead of green) in tcode PFCG for some roles. In PFCG -> User tab, the 'User Comparison' button is red. When you hover the mouse on the button the "Users incompletely compared" message appears.
