Symptom

Would like to check with you whether it is possible to add additional option or remove the existing options under the Return Status picklist for "Track Return of Asset" offboarding task.

  • It is not possible to add more options or remove existing options under the Return Status picklist for "Track Return of Asset" offboarding task.

Resolution

  • This would require an Enhancement.
