3221570 - 'No confirmation found' error happens for Asynchronous Requests in transaction OAM1

As part of SAP Note 2395138 solution, table FILECMCUST had parameter REJECT_EMPTY_PATH set to OFF. 
This could cause Archive Link Asynchronous Request to fail and return an error in transaction OAM1. When using "Continue Processing Selected Entries", nothing happens.
