Symptom

Trying to install HANA Client for Excel 2.0 on Windows 10 64bit but it fails with all versions.

Error Message:
Cannot install
Cannot update package Office Database Connectivity
installation of package Office Database Connectivity failed
Registration of package "Office Database Connectivity" failed
Cannot register MDX provider
Starting external program C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\regsvr32.exe
