When initiate an Onboarding activity manually the Onboardee Employee ID is not following the sequence of the rule.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The rule only applies when the new hire is onboarded from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Resolution
This is expected behavior. Please check SAP Portal: Configuring Business Rule for Custom User ID and Employee ID Format in Onboarding
