3221698 - Onboardee Employee ID is not following the sequence - Onboarding

When initiate an Onboarding activity manually the Onboardee Employee ID is not following the sequence of the rule.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The rule only applies when the new hire is onboarded from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
