During post goods issue, system proposes identfied stock IDN_1, but you expect IDN_2 because you have set FIFO as picking strategy in material flow rule of ship-from site and IDN_2 has an earlier expiration date than IDN_1. (i.e. IDN_1 and IDN_2 refers to identfied stock IDs)
