3222059 - Users cannot be sent from CDP to Emarsys when custom fields are involved

Symptom

We created custom fields in Emarsys as we have in CDP. But when we send users with data for those custom fields, the customers do not arrive in Emarsys, even though we get a 200 respond back in the playground. Infortunately there is no possibility for us to see what the issue is.

We have for example Boolean Fields in the CDP and corresponding single choice fields in Emarsys. When we map those to each other and transform true --> 1 and false --> 2 and send a user from CDP to Emarsys, we get a 200 message back, but the user does not get into emarsys.

What is wrong with this mapping?
