3222108 - Job TAANA ANALYSIS contains invalid data

Symptom

During Readiness Check on a copied system, below error is seen in SM21 system log:

BP_JOB_MODIFY: Cannot modify job ; reason:
> Job TAANA ANALYSIS <job number> contains invalid data
BP_JOB_MODIFY: Cannot modify job TAANA ANALYSIS <job number>; reason:
> No background processing active on Tgt server <incorrecthostname_SID_instancenumber>

In SM37, TAANA ANALYSIS job is in scheduled status and never run, Job details button shows empty Target server:
