• When searching for an employee profile in the Org Chart: "The user was not found. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=xxxxx, timestamp=xxxxx, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."
• User receiving an error when searching for Contingent workers/Global assignment employees in org chart

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login to SuccessFactors
2. Go to Company Info
3. Search for the GA user
4. The error message appears: "The user was not found. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=xxxxx, timestamp=xxxxx, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."

• A demo only option is enabled in Provisioning called 'Basic Org Chart V12 Lite Version (DEMO ONLY: Known Issues)'. This option should not be enabled.
• "Show all active employments (for Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment) on Quickcard, Org Chart, and Global Search results" missing in the Company Settings and Logo

This option 'Basic Org Chart V12 Lite Version (DEMO ONLY: Known Issues)' should be disabled in the instance.

Enable the "Show all active employments (for Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment) on Quickcard, Org Chart, and Global Search results" in the Company Settings and Logo. In case this option is not appearing, please enable the following in Manage Employee Central Settings:

• Enable Global Assignment Management
• Enable Concurrent Employment Management
