3222233 - PFCG: Role menu entries added via the option 'From the SAP Menu' -> 'Local' are not saved and their authorizations are not considered during merge.

Symptom

Role menu entries, which were added through 'From the SAP Menu' -> 'Local' disappears from the role's Menu Hierarchy after pressing the Save button.
In case you enter the authorization tab, the authorizations from these menu entries are also not considered for the merge process.
