3222341 - Unable to select certain fields in Position to Job Sync rule

When creating the Position to Job Sync rule with "Synchronize Position Changes to Incumbents" scenario you are unable to select certain Job Information fields such as FTE for example.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Configure Business Rules.
2. Select Position Management.
3. Select Synchronize Position Changes to Incumbents scenario.
4. Unable to chose certain Job Information fields in rule conditions.

• Certain Job Information fields must not be part of the rule for Position To Job Information synchronization.
• Using them can lead to serious data inconsistencies and as such are not available for selection under this scenario

• These fields are set by different processes or calculations.
• For example, please follow KBA below in order to set FTE field instead:
