3222341 - Unable to select FTE field in Position to Job Sync rule - Employee Central

Symptom

When creating the Position to Job Sync rule with "Synchronize Position Changes to Incumbents" scenario you are unable to select FTE field in Job Information.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Position Management

Cause

This is expected behavior as there is some fields that must not be included in Position to Job Sync rule.

Resolution

Please follow KBA below in order to set FTE field:
