3222376 - ARBCIG_MDNI_USER program exported invalid or no user details

The buyer is using SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when the buyer tried to extract master data to the master data native interface (MDNI) by running the ARBCIG_MDNI_USER program in incremental load, with Display Data and Records since last run enabled, the following issues occurred:

• When the program was run with a filter, it did not fetch any user records to be exported, but the timestamp was updated to the current timestamp even though the program was run in display mode. When the program was run again without any filter, it did not fetch any user records again because of the incorrect timestamp.
• When the program was run, users assigned to a role that was no longer valid were also being fetched.
